As long as I haven't printed out your shipping label yet, that's ok!! Message me as soon as possible so you can let me know what to include in your previous order.

As long as I haven't printed out the shipping label for your order yet, you can! Just make sure to let me know as soon as possible.

In a situation where you entered the incorrect address, I can only change it if it hasn't been shipped out yet. I'm not responsible for orders ending up elsewhere because of misspellings. I can only give you a refund (excluding shipping) if the item returns to me and is still in good condition.

I will process your order 1-3 business days after it's received! Orders are sent to the post office everyday except for Sundays and holidays.

You have a 14 day time period to return your order for any reason at all. I'll give you a full refund (excluding shipping) once it's back to me as long as there aren't visible defects on it (ex: the protective film has been taken off, there's visible scratches or cracks on it, etc). If there happens to be any defects, you'll be given a partial refund that'll depend on the significance of it. As for apparel, returns are only accepted if it has been unused. You will be responsible for paying the return fees.

It depends: I ship through USPS international and they've suspended delivery to some countries. Please take a look at this link and see if your country is included (refer to the "suspensions" table). I am also unfortunately unable to ship to Europe due to the GPSR.

If your country isn't in that list, feel free to ask!

DOMESTIC ORDERS (US): It can range from a couple days to 2 weeks if it’s standard shipping. With the exception of sticker orders, you will be provided a tracking number so you can get updates on your order.

If you'd like to buy a sticker order and include tracking, you can buy from my Etsy shop :-) (does not apply to Puerto Rico + military addresses) (also note that sometimes the tracking isn't 100% accurate. As in, it sometimes marks packages delivered days early. Why does that happen? I never figured it out. It just does.)


INTERNATIONAL: It can range from 2 weeks to unfortunately maybe even 2 months due to customs. You will be provided a tracking number so you can get updates on your order. Please note that you may have to pay a fee when your order arrives to your country!

Please know that once your order's shipped out, it's completely out of my control. Your order may be subject to delays, especially if there's inclement weather or holidays.

Turns out it's not legal to send international orders with just a stamp - so while I am aware some shops do it regardless, I'd rather not risk it. Sorry. :(

I always ensure that my items are packaged securely, but if it arrives damaged, please send me photos and/or videos of the item! I'll be more than happy to send a replacement or a refund (excluding shipping).

Sorry about that! :( Please message me and send pictures of the items you got instead. I will send in a replacement with no additional charge. It is optional to return the wrong items you received.
